Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Store Planning Manager to oversee end-to-end process for small retrofits and boutique projects: design development, budgeting, scheduling (FF&E), program and delivery.
- Review/modify project drawings and layouts.
- Attend site meetings, communicate updates, and help resolve project constraints.
- Implement CHANEL's sustainability goals.
- Serve as a key liaison between CHANEL teams locally and regionally (Retail, VM, IT, Sustainability, Health & Safety, Finance, After Boutique Care Architecture).
- Positively foster collaboration and information sharing, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and well-informed.
- Orchestrate workflows for efficient project delivery.
- Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring fixtures and equipment are always presented to CHANEL’s high standards.
- Coordinate and track maintenance works, champion local compliance standards and sustainable practices.
- Track boutique maintenance requests, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain project budgets.
