Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of HVAC technicians, apprentices, and subcontractors
- Provide hands-on technical support for complex diagnostics, fault finding, and job scoping
- Oversee delivery of planned maintenance, reactive service, breakdowns, and minor works
- Manage daily service operations in collaboration with planners, ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Drive safety, quality, and EH&S compliance across all service activities
- Manage service contracts, WIP, backlog, and financial performance
- Review work orders, labour recovery, parts usage, and invoicing accuracy
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities within existing service accounts
