Key Responsibilities

•Apply expertise in air conditioning, refrigeration design, heat transfer, fan systems, and Electrical / Automation systems.
•Supervise project performance and ensure timely delivery.
•Manage project costs effectively, identifying opportunities for savings to maximize profitability.
•Troubleshoot project challenges and recommend practical solutions.
•Communicate directly with external customers, providing technical support and guidance.
•Support marine dealers and customers across Carrier’s product portfolio.
•Collaborate with internal teams and Carrier factories to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
•Present findings and corrective actions clearly to customers.
•Work with Carrier factories and external suppliers to ensure designs meet customer requirements.
•Manage subcontractors and oversee compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
•Participate in all phases of projects—from design through installation and commissioning—ensuring technical compliance.
