Risk Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Promote the organisation’s products, services, and events to ensure sales and budget requirements are met.
- Conduct renewal activity as required and in line with agreed timelines and service levels.
- Renew Capricorn Mutual Limited (CML) Member’s protections and promote other insurance services offered by Capricorn Insurance Services (CIS).
- Maintain Member relationships and promote products and services to existing and future Members.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in your assigned territory.
- Work autonomously while staying connected with a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Follow up referred leads in a timely manner.
- Ensure daily activities are loaded accurately and in a timely fashion into required systems.
- Provide reports as required by the Sales Manager.
- Proactively identify, support, and assist Members who need to make a complaint and manage that complaint in line with procedures.
