Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, licences, tender documents, leases and customer-supplier agreements
- Advise on contractual, regulatory and compliance matters, including risk mitigation strategies
- Support Sales and Operations with contract terms, standard agreements, dealer arrangements and customer negotiations
- Advise on disputes, investigations and compliance incidents
- Manage external legal advisors and matters briefed to external lawyers
- Support insurance renewals, including coordination with Bradken's insurance broker
- Improve legal templates, workflows, systems and processes, including legal technology and AI-assisted review where appropriate
- Develop policies, procedures and training that help the business understand and manage legal and compliance obligations
