Key Responsibilities
- Lead coordination of breach assessments for the BOQ group.
- Work closely with Line 1, Line 2, Legal, Product, and Remediation teams.
- Bring order to complex information and exercise sound judgement.
- Ensure breach investigation and reporting function operates effectively and meets regulator expectations.
- Shape and strengthen processes, improve processes, design reporting that surfaces themes and emerging risks.
- Build confidence and capability across the compliance function.
- Support and guide others through complex, time-sensitive work.
- Foster a culture where people feel supported, heard, and confident.
