- Define and own service strategy, operating model, and roadmap for M365 and collaboration platforms
- Ensure disciplined service management and continuous improvement across all platforms
- Chair service reviews and risk forums, lead major incident and problem management
- Govern change and release readiness
- Champion customer-centric design, standardisation, and adoption
- Govern Microsoft release cycles and drive behavioural change through adoption programs
- Lead governance and continuous improvement of unified communications, meeting room technologies, and knowledge management platforms
