Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full product dev cycle of Traveler Messaging Platform, including requirements gathering, impact assessment, prioritization, releases, QA, collaborative stakeholder management, proactive risk management.
- Be responsible for the platform performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot API issues, QA new APIs, write API documentation.
- Preparing and presenting cases for the platform improvements, business enablement and issue resolution.
- Drive alignment of projects/programs across marketing and other business units including tech stakeholders.
