Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive high-impact, high-complexity tax matters across horizontal company priority programs and key departmental priority programs.
- Act as the tax technical owner for strategic programs in scope, ensuring tax positions can be translated into practical, scalable and execution ready business requirements.
- Partner closely with other teams on technical capability needs and prioritization.
- Assess business alignment and monitor and manage risks and risk appetite.
- Ensure tax requirements are implemented correctly and are operationally workable.
- Build strong partnerships across the company to create buy-in, remove ambiguity and drive timely decisions and execution.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies to optimize tax processes.
