Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Chief Legal Officer and LPA Leadership Team to translate business objectives into people programs.
- Collaborate with ELT-level leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives supporting business growth, talent management, and organizational development across LPA.
- Provide strategic input on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management to global and regional HR CoEs.
- Lead succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze people metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace through ERG initiatives and programs.
- Ensure adherence to local, regional, and global labor laws and regulations.
- Share best practices with HR peers globally to drive consistency and innovation.
- Represent HR function in LPA leadership meetings and contribute to broader business strategies.
