•Partner with Chief Legal Officer and LPA Leadership Team to translate business objectives into people programs.
•Collaborate with ELT-level leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
•Develop and implement HR initiatives supporting business growth, talent management, and organizational development across LPA.
•Provide strategic input on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management to global and regional HR CoEs.
•Lead succession planning and career development initiatives.
•Monitor and analyze people metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
•Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
•Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace through ERG initiatives and programs.
•Ensure adherence to local, regional, and global labor laws and regulations.
•Share best practices with HR peers globally to drive consistency and innovation.
•Represent HR function in LPA leadership meetings and contribute to broader business strategies.
