Key Responsibilities

•Own and support preparation and follow-up of Quarterly and Annual Planning cycles and Quarterly Business Reviews for FinTech sub-department
•Co-design and maintain department portfolio and roadmap view in Jira and related plugins
•Drive Portfolio Sync process, prepare materials with stakeholders, facilitate follow-up on trade-off and prioritisation decisions
•Track and follow up on agreed actions and decisions
•Shape and champion effective use of Jira, Confluence and related tooling for planning, tracking, and reporting
•Define and build portfolio insights and dashboards using self-service tools or in collaboration with Central Tech
•Implement and monitor Jira hygiene and maturity standards
•Experiment with AI-powered tools (e.g. Glean, Gemini, Claude) to automate reporting and improve data quality
•Act as central point of contact for portfolio governance, planning processes, tooling, and reporting
•Influence up to Senior Management and interact with Director level using data-driven insights
•Partner with Product, Tech, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure understanding and value from portfolio processes
•Build and maintain strong relationships with central teams (Central Tech, FP&A, central BusOps)
•Co-define and drive implementation of Portfolio Management improvement roadmap
•Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise processes
•Contribute actively to broader Business Operations craft and share best practices
