Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of product marketing across multiple products including: product proposition validation and market fit, go-to-market strategy, new product launch, portfolio marketing strategy and execution, positioning, messaging, competitive research, internal communications and field enablement.
- Represent advertiser needs internally and externally, while safeguarding the traveller experience and protecting Booking.com’s commercial interests.
- Own the end to end GTM process - from target setting and planning to execution, reporting, and retrospective analysis.
- Define and lead the strategy for all advertiser communications, partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent and effective messaging.
- Own internal communications to deliver relevant, timely, and accurate product and commercial updates to the business.
- Validate value propositions with target audiences using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Continuously synthesize feedback from multiple sources and provide clear, actionable insights to product teams.
- Determine customer and market segmentation by identifying, selecting and prioritizing target segments to meet business needs
- Use data and facts to make decisions, create communication and influence product strategy; connect decision making to ROI and other business KPIs.
- Conduct user, product and/or market research that fuels the product development and inform GTM strategies
- Develop impactful gtmarket strategies for products that easily translate and also enable regional teams
- Formulate value propositions for partners to introduce existing/new products
- Validate and refine value propositions through end-user testing (qualitative and quantitative)
- Proactively manage stakeholders across the organization: listen, influence and share information in the right medium at the right time, engaging local and global audiences.
- Actively monitor commercial performance per segment / channel / geography
- Identify and quantify business opportunities and prepare business case for leadership sign-off
- Drive and lead the commercialization of products
