Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead operational partnership with People Operations, Tech and Talent Ops to design systems infrastructure for executive recruitment
  • •Act as Business Owner / Program Lead for executive recruiting tech stack
  • •Design and maintain reporting infrastructure to support People business rhythm
  • •Maintain a clear service framework for Executive Recruitment Operations and Executive Talent Intelligence
  • •Ensure data quality, compliance and documentation in Workday and ATS/CRM meet audit, SOx and internal standards
  • •Own the Executive Talent Intelligence Knowledge Bank and define standards and templates
  • •Ensure 'How We Hire' content is documented, current and aligned with system infrastructure
  • •Partner to integrate AI into core tools and processes to reduce manual work
  • •Promote responsible AI usage and define guardrails
  • •Provide operational leadership to Executive Recruiters and Sourcers
  • •Directly manage and develop a small team of Senior Executive Recruitment Coordinators
  • •Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure usage
