Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to definition, review, update and roll-out of Data & AI Governance framework and standards.
•Lead end-to-end data lifecycle management: collect retention/deletion requirements from Legal/Privacy, translate into technical standards and PRDs.
•Partner with Product and Engineering to design automated deletion workflows ensuring RTBF and statutory retention.
•Partner with Data & AI Governance Solution Architect to embed governance principles in strategic initiatives.
•Define and implement operational framework for Legal Holds.
•Draft and maintain global standard for Data Lifecycle Management focusing on data minimization and disposal.
•Define and track KPIs for lifecycle health; build monitoring dashboards.
•Act as functional lead validating new tooling meets governance Definition of Done for retention/deletion.
•Collaborate with Risk, Privacy, Security to ensure alignment with DMA, DSA, GDPR obligations.
•Lead resolution of Data & AI Governance compliance risks and report KPIs to stakeholders.
•Ensure alignment between governance methodology, privacy procedures, IT security strategy, and regulations like DMA/DSA and EU AI Act.
