Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of five members to deliver performance for BlueScope Australian Steel Products
- Work with operations and planning teams to monitor information and priorities for road and rail networks
- Forge strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other key stakeholders
- Support operational contractor management, cost efficiencies, and prompt service
- Identify improvement opportunities and foster a continuous improvement environment
- Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports and team members
- Promote well-being and inclusive behaviours
