Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and quotes via phone and email
- Maintain accurate records, update job processes and invoicing for both New Build and Social Housing sectors
- Coordinate reactive works and projects within agreed timeframes
- Collaborate closely with trades, commercial, and technical teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
- Proactively raise purchase orders for materials and subcontractors, ensuring smooth production, timely dispatch, coordinated freight, and accurate invoicing
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the team in delivering exceptional service
