Key Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering the annual Audit learning plan aligned to methodology and audit quality priorities
- Planning and facilitating end-to-end learning programs, including graduate and early career training
- Developing and maintaining audit and accounting learning materials to ensure consistency and relevance
- Delivering engaging training through a range of formats (workshops, clinics, blended learning)
- Partnering with Audit leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritise development initiatives
- Coordinating training communications, enrolments, completion tracking and compliance reporting
- Coaching and supporting team members to build confidence and capability on engagements
