Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of planners and coordinators
- Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to align demand forecasts
- Lead monthly demand consensus and S&OP meetings
- Analyse demand trends and drivers to improve forecast accuracy
- Work closely with regional supply teams and global stakeholders
- Monitor inventory levels, safety stock and forward coverage
- Manage backorders and communicate impacts across teams
- Optimise inventory including excess and obsolete stock
- Provide regular reporting on key supply chain metrics
- Collaborate across logistics, distribution and customer service
