Integration Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Support deployment, configuration and integration of BD Pyxis solutions into hospital environments
- Build, configure and test HL7 interfaces with hospital and third-party clinical systems
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 remote support for integration, interface and software-related issues
- Assist with installation and maintenance of interface software, virtual machines and supporting infrastructure
- Work closely with Project Managers to support delivery timelines and resolve integration issues
- Collaborate with hospital IT teams and third-party vendors to troubleshoot interface, network and data-flow issues
- Identify root causes and support resolution of integration-related incidents
- Maintain clear documentation of integrations, configurations and support activity
