Key Responsibilities

•Own and grow a Central Sydney territory within the Peripheral Intervention portfolio
•Lead, coach and develop a team of four Territory Managers across NSW
•Conduct regular field visits to coach selling skills, territory management and clinical engagement
•Drive market share growth across peripheral intervention products
•Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital stakeholders
•Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned to national objectives
•Manage forecasts, pipeline reviews and performance metrics
•Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
•Partner with Marketing, Clinical and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer support
•Report performance, insights and opportunities to senior leadership
