Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Laverton territory, driving top-line sales and managing profitability across a diverse B2B customer base.
- Hunt and convert new business opportunities, specifically targeting heavy transport, earthmoving, and commercial fleet accounts.
- Build bulletproof relationships with workshop owners, auto electricians, and procurement managers.
- Prepare accurate, margin-conscious quotes and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Maintain a tight, accurate sales pipeline and utilize our CRM to identify account growth opportunities.
- Actively take market share from competitors by positioning JAS as the premium partner for reliability and technical expertise.
