Key Responsibilities
- Providing workforce planning, employee relations consulting, talent management, succession planning and promoting DEI agenda
- Handling communication with employees, People Leaders, Managers and Supervisors
- Developing regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances/management needs
- Analyzing personnel cost and efficiency within client group and partnering with Total Rewards and FP&A
- Developing effective communication with other functional areas
- Coaching and mentoring employees at Management level
