Key Responsibilities
- Participating in pre-job briefing and ensure familiarization with the work scope.
- Ensuring that all subordinates are fully briefed on the work scope, their duties, the risks and HSE procedures.
- Assisting with preparation of equipment in Baker Hughes Welshpool facility as required.
- Ensuring timely execution of orders, instructions and directions from the Operations Manager.
- Ensuring that the daily maintenance of equipment is carried out and ensure the equipment is ready for a job at all times.
- Maintaining effective communication with the client representative and the Operations Manager.
- Preparing all required field paperwork, including daily reports and timesheets.
- Contributing to the process of continuous training and qualification improvement of employees within the department.
