- Set clear scorecards and performance expectations aligned to on-premise KPIs
- Build a high-performance culture focused on executional excellence and growth
- Build trusted, influential relationships with key venues, groups and operators
- Represent Bacardi as the on-premise leader across VIC & QLD
- Partner closely with distributor teams to deliver joint priorities and results
- Support negotiation and management of commercial agreements
- Drive flawless execution of innovation and NPD launches
- Educate and inspire bartenders, operators and partners to champion our brands
