- Deliver on key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share)
- Deliver on Pictures of Success targets for area in partnership with customers/distributor
- Implement field plan based on Commercial priorities and Country Integrated Activity Plan
