Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, execute & manage Display Media Campaigns in the Programmatic Environment
  • •Lead full-funnel programmatic campaign execution across Display, YouTube, DV360 and Google Ads
  • •Plan, build, and optimize campaigns aligned with performance KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, CPL and CPA
  • •Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Google Display & Video 360 (DV360) and YouTube ad buying
  • •Oversee daily performance monitoring and in-platform optimizations including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative A/B testing, and budget allocation
  • •Develop and present strategic media plans, post-campaign analysis, and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients
  • •Collaborate with Campaign Coordinators, Social Media team, designers and Paid Search to deliver operational excellence
  • •Collaborate with analytics and data teams to define attribution models and ensure accurate performance tracking (Floodlight, GA4, pixel management, etc.)
  • •Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure assets are tailored for each platform and placement
  • •Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of scalable programmatic processes
