Key Responsibilities
- Designing, promoting and explaining privacy related rules, policies and procedures
- Ensuring the consistent implementation of our Privacy Policies across the company
- Creating awareness and increased sense of responsibility for privacy and data protection related laws, rules, policies and procedures amongst management and employees
- Monitoring and reporting on privacy risks and the effectiveness of controls
- Being a trusted advisor for management and advice on mitigation of identified risks
- Advising on privacy matters within Ayvens and share knowledge, e.g. for purposes of training and awareness
- Advising Ayvens’ business and value streams about privacy compliancy and the implementation of ‘privacy by design’ in various products and services, ICT systems, platforms and apps, projects and other new initiatives especially in case processing would result in a high risk, and monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations globally (including the General Data Protection Regulation)
