Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and implement Compensation & Benefits with focus on simplification, harmonization, and standardization
  • •Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle for Ayvens HQ employees including Top Management
  • •Advise on compensation packages for new hires and internal appointments
  • •Manage annual salary review and variable compensation campaigns
  • •Act as central point of contact for all stakeholders
  • •Produce HR dashboards and key social indicators
  • •Prepare regulatory studies, surveys, and internal/external HR reporting
  • •Provide decision-support tools and KPIs to HR teams and managers
  • •Prepare HR documentation for employee representative bodies
  • •Manage cost recharging for seconded employees
  • •Contribute to HR budget preparation
  • •Contribute to automation of compensation processes and tools
