Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a small team to ensure vehicles are washed and cleaned following processes and to required standard, providing coaching as needed.
- Liaise with Duty Manager to discuss and organise fleet, staff and general shift requirements.
- Conduct regular checks and communicate with Return Agents to monitor check in volumes and rental bay levels.
- Clean interior and exterior of vehicles according to quality standards.
- Perform general tasks that support efficient running of washbay area and fleet management onsite.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns and requests in a positive and friendly manner.
