Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve operational and revenue performance of fleet department
- Monitor customer service levels and implement strategies to increase satisfaction
- Collaborate with Fleet Distribution Manager and locations to meet fleet demands
- Manage fleet utilisation, distribution, shuttling, workshop coordination, and asset optimisation
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external shareholders
- Lead and motivate the team, create healthy team culture and reward system
- Manage and control costs relevant to operations in accordance with budget
- Ensure health, safety and environment legal requirements are met
- Action safety reports, conduct workplace inspections, participate in incident investigations
