Key Responsibilities
- Assess and respond to inbound leads to determine fit and sales readiness
- Conduct initial discovery using qualification frameworks
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and enrich profiles
- Support continuous improvement by tracking outcomes and sharing feedback with Marketing
- Collaborate with Sales to plan and build targeted lists
- Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers
- Craft personalized outreach through emails, calls, and social platforms
