Key Responsibilities

  • •Forge global market awareness and build brand equity for Avery Dennison’s workwear solutions.
  • •Serve as strategic partner to Global Workwear Commercial and Product teams.
  • •Identify and seize global market expansion opportunities within industrial workwear, corporate identity apparel, PPE, and industrial laundry sector.
  • •Command targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for major global accounts.
  • •Architect, launch, and optimize integrated global campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels.
  • •Develop specialized content highlighting durability, safety credentials, and digital tracking capabilities of Embelex.
  • •Drive lead generation and pipeline conversion through technical expertise and value proposition messaging.
  • •Lead brand presence and positioning at major global workwear, safety, and textile trade shows.
  • •Select and manage external agencies for creative work and regional execution.
  • •Act as central marketing authority bridging Product Management, Regulatory/Compliance, Commercial Sales, and Global Creative teams.
  • •Analyze global campaign data and sales performance to measure marketing impact and ROI.
  • •Define and track global KPIs tied to customer acquisition, contract wins, and client retention.
