Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Customer Success Managers for our AEC industry within the DACH & Netherlands area
- Increase customer adoption and maturity by creating customer outcomes across a selected group of our Enterprise customers
- Enable the team to develop, execute and manage Customer Success Plans detailing efforts to achieve higher adoption and satisfaction aligned to customer business outcomes
- Establish direct relationships with customers developing greater customer engagement
- Facilitate change and promote innovation
