Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for the Learning Support Team
- Contribute to strategic direction for school-wide systems supporting diverse learners
- Manage all aspects of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD)
- Ensure students are well known, well loved, and well taught
- Manage creation of quality Individual Plans (IPs)
- Lead and supervise teams, fostering reflective practice
- Collect and analyse student data to design and evaluate intervention programs
