•Design and deliver AI enabled products and platform capabilities from technical discovery through to production.
•Build scalable AI applications using Python alongside modern frontend technologies where required.
•Develop reliable, secure and observable AI systems that are designed for production from day one.
•Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Risk and Security teams to identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful customer and business value.
•Drive technical excellence through architecture decisions, code reviews, mentoring and engineering best practice.
•Balance experimentation with long term platform quality, operational excellence and responsible AI delivery.
•Help shape the future direction of Zip's AI platform and engineering standards.
