- Contributing to the ongoing definition and evolution of Xero's long-term strategy, including evaluating the changing landscape Xero operates in
- Structuring and solving business problems through rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis alongside a range of internal stakeholders
- Developing market intelligence that identifies trends and anticipates shifts to inform strategic decision-making
- Leveraging the latest in AI tools and capabilities to reimagine how work gets done
- Running the operating rhythms that translate priorities into action, including annual planning, OKRs and Board reporting
