Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary hardware and software engineering capability across international operations.
- Set technical direction and influence architecture decisions for Edge products and platforms.
- Develop engineering roadmaps balancing sustaining engineering, product improvement, and new product development.
- Improve reliability, performance, security, and scalability of technology deployed in real-world environments.
- Strengthen engineering processes, standards, and delivery disciplines.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure strong product design, validation, and engineering methodology.
- Build engineering capability through workforce planning, leadership, coaching, and resource allocation.
- Partner with Product, Operations, and business leaders to translate customer and commercial needs into technical solutions.
- Manage key engineering vendors and technology partners.
