Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop 3D processing and spatial filtering algorithms
- Design and develop geometric models for representing real-world 3D data
- Gather, experiment with and validate models against real-world spatial data, particularly for volumetric analysis
- Progress solutions from concept through field trials into production
- Evaluate cameras, LiDAR sensors and edge computing hardware
- Own and maintain processing libraries, datasets, tools and processing pipelines
- Work with other teams to deploy algorithms and models through external software and hardware products
- Work alongside software, platform and hardware engineers to deliver customer solutions
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for captures, commissioning and field trials
