•Establish strong collaborative relationships with Product Managers, Operations, Design, Engineering, and Success.
•Design, define, and maintain product KPIs and engagement milestones.
•Develop a deep understanding of the product funnel and build metrics, models, and dashboards for self-service.
•Partner with data engineering to design and maintain foundational product data assets, including dbt models and a governed semantic layer.
•Provide self-service and conversational analytics capabilities using design thinking principles.
•Conduct hands-on technical analysis to diagnose and solve product challenges.
•Act as the interface between Product and Sales/CS, translating usage signals into adoption plays and health scores.
