Key Responsibilities
- Generate actionable insights from complex product and usage data sets to inform roadmap prioritization and feature investment.
- Establish strong collaborative relationships with Product Managers, Operations, Design, Engineering, and Success.
- Design, define, and maintain product KPIs and engagement milestones for UpGuard.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product funnel and build metrics, models, and dashboards for self-service.
- Partner with data engineering to design and maintain foundational product and usage data assets, including dbt models.
- Provide robust self-service and conversational analytics capabilities using design thinking principles.
- Conduct hands-on technical analysis to diagnose and solve significant product challenges.
- Act as the connective tissue between Product and Sales/CS, translating usage signals into adoption plays and health scores.
