Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, GTM and Product to understand decisions and build solutions
- Explaining in plain language what a model changed for the business
- Owning data quality, reliability and accuracy across the analytics platform
- Running and scaling the core platform (Snowflake + dbt) and integrations (HubSpot, Subskribe, product database)
- Building self-service data products for the business
- Doing whatever the problem needs: deep modelling, unblocking, fixing pipelines, mentoring
