•Lead the design and delivery of AI learning programs, workshops and training initiatives across the organisation.
•Drive AI adoption by coaching teams, building capability and helping employees apply AI to real business challenges.
•Develop and maintain AI resources including playbooks, prompt libraries, guides, use cases and best-practice materials.
•Build and support an internal network of AI Champions to foster learning, collaboration and innovation.
•Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for productivity improvement, automation and workflow optimisation.
•Assist teams in prototyping AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making and customer outcomes.
•Promote and embed responsible AI practices, ensuring safe and compliant use of AI technologies.
•Track adoption metrics, provide insights and report on outcomes, opportunities and risks.
•Review and standardise business processes to ensure they are optimised and ready for automation and AI-driven solutions.
