Key Responsibilities

•Preparing high-level concept designs for internal review and customer validation
•Conducting customer research when required
•Preparing detailed UX flows and high-fidelity UI designs
•Creating information architecture (IA) diagrams
•Defining and reviewing feature scope and acceptance criteria
•Working closely with engineers and peers to plan, prioritise, and deliver work
•Reviewing completed engineering work
•Monitoring released features and reporting on usage metrics
•Identifying and raising UX gaps, quality issues, and edge cases
•Monitoring production support issues and triaging fixes
•Maintaining regular collaboration with product/design leadership
•Communicating clearly in writing (Slack, Confluence, Jira)
