Key Responsibilities
- Run the AI operating system: own agent workflows, write prompts, skills, and scheduled jobs, review output, and improve the system weekly.
- Set the quality bar on UI design: partner with design, critique flows, sketch/wireframe/prototype, and refuse to ship merely functional experiences.
- Get into the technical detail: read APIs, query data, understand data models, and reason about trade-offs with engineers.
- Prioritise with revenue in mind: shape roadmap by weighing net-new revenue, churn, support tickets, and strategic fit.
- Market what you ship in plain language: write blurbs, announcements, and help articles to drive adoption.
- Own and groom the backlog: maintain a healthy, well-prioritised backlog in Linear with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Drive delivery: run refinement, planning, and reviews, keep work unblocked, and make scoping calls.
- Stay close to customers: gather and synthesise feedback through support conversations, user testing, and direct contact.
- Measure and learn: track adoption, engagement, retention, and rollout state, and use learnings to decide what to build.
