Key Responsibilities
- Lead intake qualification and scoping workshops for POC engagements
- Design and execute end-to-end AI POCs on ServiceNow, from discovery to live working solutions, typically delivered in a single short sprint
- Lead AI engineers through POC delivery, setting scope and technical direction across the engagement
- Own technical positioning during sales cycles: conduct discovery to uncover AI use case fit, position AI products against customer challenges, and articulate POC outcomes to executive stakeholders
- Partner with Sales and delivery partners on opportunity qualification, technical validation, and post-POC implementation handoff
- Configure Now Assist and AI agents, integrate with enterprise data sources, and define evaluation criteria for POC outcomes, using AI-assisted engineering tooling to compress build cycles
- Build and maintain reusable assets (prompt libraries, agent templates, reference POCs, integration patterns) that multiply team output
