Key Responsibilities

•Pioneer solutions in unscripted and unstructured problem spaces, rapidly iterating on physical prototypes to prove technical feasibility.
•Take complete ownership of end-to-end engineering tasks, actively seeking out and eliminating technical roadblocks.
•Design, write, and maintain robust, high-performance software and AI algorithms (perception, control, motion planning, and human-robot interaction) on embedded physical robotic hardware.
•Lead hands-on integration, debugging, field testing, and deployment of physical robotic platforms and autonomous hardware systems in real-world customer environments.
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware-in-the-loop, sensor calibration, and physical system failure modes directly in live operational settings.
•Serve as a key customer-facing technical interface, gathering operational requirements and presenting complex technical concepts, capabilities, and system performance metrics clearly to client stakeholders and site operators.
•Translate customer operational challenges into actionable software, AI, and hardware requirements.
