Key Responsibilities
- Review, negotiate and draft agreements such as master subscription agreements, professional services agreements, data processing addenda, alliances agreements, non-disclosure agreements and order forms.
- Work with sales, professional services, revenue recognition, sales operations and pricing teams to support contracting and order processing.
- Partner with privacy, security and compliance departments to ensure agreements align with internal policies.
- Provide legal and commercial support for existing contracts and disputes.
- Complete legal administrative tasks for ANZ customers.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with Australian/New Zealand laws and regulations.
- Develop training materials and provide training on legal topics.
- Contribute to team knowledge, skills and processes.
- Participate in cross-regional team projects.
