Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on role with coding when possible while managing & coaching a team of engineers
- Learn each workflow’s system architecture of key integrations, configurations, and upstream/downstream impacts
- Own your team’s delivery and outcome
- Take pride in your team’s solutions and in hitting delivery targets
- Analyse requirements and collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineers to produce thoughtful software designs
- Guard, promote, and establish best practices within the team
- Assist with project estimation, planning and progress
- Communicate clearly when work hits roadblocks or risks arise
- May be part of an on-call support rotation
