Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop robust, scalable solutions for our platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
•Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage to ensure reliability and performance.
•Effective use of AI tools such as Github co-pilot, claude code or similar to enable delivery efficiency.
•Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture planning to ensure alignment with our technical vision.
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, both in development and production environments.
•Continuously refactor and improve existing codebases, reducing technical debt and enhancing system performance.
•Share knowledge across teams through pairing sessions, documentation, and technical presentations.
•Own assigned work from conception to production, including monitoring and maintaining them post-deployment.
•Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
•Participate in on-call rotations to support our 'you build it, you run it' philosophy.
