Key Responsibilities

•Conduct system analysis by reviewing system and enterprise architecture to assess technical behaviors, structures, and essential features.
•Document business requirements, workflows, technical rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria with input from teams and subject matter experts.
•Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies to support software development and product processes.
•Serve as a liaison to facilitate effective communication across technical, business, and delivery teams.
•Support task decomposition and assist in estimating workload for project planning.
•Continuously assess and identify potential opportunities, constraints, risks, and issues impacting projects and operations.
•Identify and support initiatives for cost reduction and service simplification within the IT domain.
•Investigate, analyze, and report on defects to aid in solution refinement and quality assurance.
